I want to name my daughter Lairen Elizabeth, but I can't find the meaning of the name Lairen..any suggestions on finding it?

Okay, I looked it up, and Lairen is a Spanish name which comes from Air茅n





"Air茅n is a variety of Vitis vinifera, a white grape commonly used in winemaking. This grape is native to Spain where it represents about 30% of all grapes grown."





The name Lairen dates back to 1615 in Spain, that was the original name for the grape.





I think its a very pretty name, and the fact that it is associated with Spanish Winemaking makes it even cooler, plus its really old.

Reply:I think maybe you mean Leryn, just spelled incorrectly. Lairen is NOT a name, Leryn is. Same pronounciation, though.
