Reply:I like it.

People not being able to pronounce might get on the kid's nerves though.
Reply:I agree with Julia, "Niva" sounds better. What about Nieva Jane. I think it has a sweet ring to it.
Reply:Not to bad
Reply:Nieva is pretty and creative. It sounds likes nueva "new" in Spanish.

Nieva Joy

Nieva Gabrielle

Nieva Alexis

Nieva Marcheline

Nieva Valentine
Reply:Isn't that the name of a skin cream? I wouldn't go with it based on that and plus she is going to have to go through life telling people how to pronounce it.
Reply:It's okay...but for some reason it reminds me of the word "naval" (if the name is pronounced Nee-ay-va) and the lotion "nivea".
Reply:cute ...

Middle names:

Leigh

Anne

Lynn

Elisabeth or Elizabeth

Sophia or Sofia

Kathryn or Katherine

Katalina

Reply:It's got kind of a nice ring to it I guess, but I'm sorry (really sorry), I just want to make sure you're fully aware of the name.

Is your friend in a Spanish class? The word "nieva" means "to snow in the future" in Spanish. He / she might have learned the word from Spanish class.

Hope this helped and best wishes =)
Reply:It reminds me of those skin care lotions (except it's spelled Nivea). Anyways it's too unique for my taste.
